The Nebraska AAP will host its annual Fall Conference on Friday, October 6, 2023 in the Glow Auditorium located in Children’s Hospital & Medical Center at 8200 Dodge St, Omaha, NE 68114 from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

WHO ATTENDS?
The conference is historically attended by a mix of in-person and virtual pediatric residents, pediatricians, specialists and advanced pediatric practice providers as well as other primary care providers from throughout Nebraska.

CONFERENCE FORMAT
The conference will be a hybrid event with participants both in-person and virtually.
NOTE: Should circumstances change making in-person meetings no longer advisable, the conference will be transitioned to a virtual format at the discretion of the Nebraska AAP leadership.

AVAILABILITY – FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED
There is limited exhibit space and it typically fills each year. Availability is on a first come, first served basis with the exhibit agreement form below submitted. Once you have submitted the form, you will be contacted to confirm availability as soon as possible and within 1-2 business days.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Should an exhibitor need to cancel their exhibit agreement for this event, please contact the Nebraska Chapter AAP by the 4:00 PM CDT on Friday, September 22, 2023 via email to Laura Polak. Cancellations by this date are subject to a $100.00 administrative fee. No refund after this date. No-shows and early departures will receive no refund.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL
All submitted exhibitor agreements will be considered. The Nebraska Chapter AAP, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to reject any exhibitor agreement request if it is determined to not be consistent with the Nebraska Chapter AAP mission.
